This Privacy Policy explains how ClientFlow LLC, doing business as ClientFlow CPA ("ClientFlow," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you visit clientflowcpa.com or use our platform (the "Service").

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly and information collected automatically when you use the Service.

  • Account & registration data: firm name, CPA/preparer name, business type, email address, phone number, website, and firm credentials submitted during onboarding.
  • Campaign preferences: the services you select, target state/city and radius, lead capacity, ideal client profile, minimum client value, and urgency preferences.
  • Billing information: invoicing details associated with fulfilled inquiries (processed by a third-party payment processor in the live product; no payment data is collected in this prototype).
  • Usage data: pages visited, features used, timestamps, device/browser type, and approximate location derived from IP address.
  • Cookies & similar technologies: see Section 3 below.

2. How We Use Information

  • To operate, maintain, and personalize the acquisition engine and dashboard.
  • To match campaigns against the filters you configure (services, location, radius, capacity).
  • To communicate with you about your account, billing, and product updates.
  • To measure, analyze, and improve the performance of our website and advertising campaigns.
  • To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or security issues.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

3. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and understand how the Service is used. When you first visit, you'll see a cookie banner where you can Accept All or Decline non-essential cookies. You can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser's local storage for this site and reloading the page.

  • Essential cookies: required for core functionality such as session state and security. These cannot be disabled.

6. Data Retention

We retain account and campaign data for as long as your account is active and as needed to comply with legal, accounting, or reporting obligations. You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Section 7).

7. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, and to opt out of certain data sharing. California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), including the right to know what personal information we collect and the right to request deletion. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at contact@clientflowcpa.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for licensed professionals and business owners. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18 years of age.

10. International Users

ClientFlow LLC is based in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the U.S., your information will be processed and stored in the U.S., which may have different data protection laws than your jurisdiction.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
