This Privacy Policy explains how ClientFlow LLC, doing business as ClientFlow CPA ("ClientFlow," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you visit clientflowcpa.com or use our platform (the "Service").

- Account & registration data: firm name, CPA/preparer name, business type, email address, phone number, website, and firm credentials submitted during onboarding.
- Campaign preferences: the services you select, target state/city and radius, lead capacity, ideal client profile, minimum client value, and urgency preferences.
- Billing information: invoicing details associated with fulfilled inquiries (processed by a third-party payment processor in the live product; no payment data is collected in this prototype).
- Usage data: pages visited, features used, timestamps, device/browser type, and approximate location derived from IP address.

2. How We Use Information
- To operate, maintain, and personalize the acquisition engine and dashboard.
- To match campaigns against the filters you configure (services, location, radius, capacity).
- To communicate with you about your account, billing, and product updates.
- To measure, analyze, and improve the performance of our website and advertising campaigns.
- To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or security issues.
- To comply with legal obligations.
3. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), including the right to know what personal information we collect and the right to request deletion.
